Finally Here

The day before

So it is the day before I leave for Korea for a whole year.  Wow is all I have to say.  These past few weeks have been very confusing and difficult.  Sometimes you have to move away to figure out where home really is I guess.  I know that God is having me go for a reason, I just keep thinking back to the time when I first realized that Korea was a calling, and was an important stepping stone in my life.  I know that God is going to use it in big ways in my life, and that I'm going to grow up so much over this next year.  I can't help but think what life would be like if I hadn't gone, the people I would get to know, meet, grow friendships with, but it is a mute point now.  Tonight I realized that I had to look forward to what is ahead and forget what is behind.  However, I will never forget where home is.  I will write more later as I have to get some sleep and pack, because no, I have not done ANY packing yet, go figure!
